By accessing and using AutoWhisk AI (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

AutoWhisk AI is a SaaS platform and browser extension utility designed to automate bulk image generation workflows. We do not generate the images ourselves but provide a bridge and dashboard to interact with your active Google Labs session.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AutoWhisk AI complies with the terms of service of the underlying image generation platform (e.g., Google Labs). AutoWhisk AI is not responsible for any bans or restrictions placed on your third-party accounts.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns regarding payments. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is". AutoWhisk AI and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
