1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
At AutoWhisk AI, we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us. If our platform does not meet your expectations, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions.
2. Conditions for Refund
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase date.
- Refunds are not applicable to subscription renewals unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- If you encounter a critical bug that prevents the software from working as advertised and our support team cannot fix it, a refund will be issued regardless of the timeframe.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to support@autowhisk.ai from the email address associated with your Paddle receipt. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund so we can improve our service.
Since Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record, the refund will be processed securely back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your AutoWhisk AI dashboard or via the secure link in your Paddle email receipt. Once canceled, you will not be charged again, and you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
